Estimated delivery times range from 2–12 business days, depending on the destination and customs procedures. Please note that deliveries do not occur on Sundays or public holidays, and delivery timeframes are estimates only — specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Once an order has been shipped and has left our warehouse, Lanenda is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes, shipping carriers, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If you experience tracking issues or have not received your package, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request further information.

For higher-value orders, we may use a shipping method that requires a signature upon delivery for added security.
